Commitment To Service

 At The iLash Lounge, you can expect a very relaxing experience. You will be comfortably reclined on an esthetic bed with your eyes closed. Pads will be placed under your eyes, covering your bottom lashes. This is to ensure you won't have damage/adhering to your lower lashes. The pads are specially formulated to enrich and moisturize your undereye skin. The procedure is non-invasive, painless, and so relaxing that clients typically fall asleep during the process and awaken to lush, beautiful lashes! 


The quality provided to my clients is top priority. Your extensions will never be applied in a rushed or hurried manner. I believe in the quality provided to my clients, not the quantity of clients. A thorough preparation and cleansing of your natural lashes, which is an important part of your preparation and usually takes about 15 minutes is provided. This is a necessary step to ensure the "life" of your applied lashes. As a Certified Stylist I am trained in the art of assessing your eye shape, which includes the amount and thickness of your natural lashes. With this, I am  able to determine the length, thickness and number of extensions needed to create the most natural look. At The iLash Lounge, I also offer different colored lashes and special designs for the holidays, special occasions, etc.

Appointments

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. No Makeup should be worn around the eye area and must be removed by client prior to eyelash application. The iLash Lounge operates by schedule appointments only at this time. If you are running late, please call 301-633-2923 and/or text and I will do my  best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients services are to be completed as scheduled.

Cancellations of services require a 24-hour notice, if notice is not given client will be subject to cancellation fee of $25.00.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
